All state courts MUST abide by SUPREME COURT DECISIONS.
The Bill of Rights does not exist anywhere in the law except in an Article III judiciary.
"Article III of the Constitution gives the JUDICIAL power the Supreme Court and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish."
These so called judges trying to curtail Trump's power DO NOT HAVE THE POWER to simply rule from the bench, over the Article II powers of the office.
A Federal Judge doesn't necessarily mean an Article III judge.
The devil is in the details.
There are several kinds of so called "judges".
I wouldn't call anyone wearing the robe a "judge" unless they are Article III.
Article I is only administrative, it's a hearing officer, it only presides over commerce.
Unless, ignorance allows it.
And ignorance DOES ALLOW IT...
The pandemic was proof.
People still think you can be MANDATED.
By what or whom????
Why don't you ask yourself, who the hell are YOU to rule over ME?
