Call Me Sovereign But Don't Call Me A Citizen.
Can free speech fall under the category of tortious interference?
This past week I was downgraded from a professional account on X to a regular account because a seemingly oddball super anti Trump hating "streamer" told his minions to report my X promoted posts as "sovereign citizen nonsense".
Within a few hours I had notifications that all my promoted posts were "under review" and I was no longer allowed to promote new ones.
I was tagged in a Youtube Video where an account whose entire online presence is to call out what his feeble mind considers to be "sovereign citizen" misinformation.
I watched as this angry nerdy dude simply went to my two websites and read the text and mocked every single word I wrote with zero substance to prove anything I said was wrong, immoral, illegal, unethical, or even unlawful.
He mocked my hair, my 1776 necklace, my USA t-shirts, that I charge a monthly fee for my University, (that was the real tell) and despite a very specific paragraph stating financial scams I don't participate in, and emphatically stating I don't promote sovereign citizen nonsense, that's not enough for him. I had to come down.
He's never paid me for anything, he's never read my book, he's never been a student of my Inalienable.University so he has no idea what's on the inside of what I teach, although my videos on Rumble are a great representation of our topics.
He even dared to say that when I quoted Justice Gorsuch saying, "The People are sovereign", I was taking it out of context.
THAT'S JUST NOT EVEN POSSIBLE.
The sentence stands on its own in every way possible. It doesn't matter what surrounds it.
Other Justice Gorsuch sentences of his latest book tour include:

"We the People, those are the first three words of the Constitution, and you are the sovereign in this country." - PBS Interview
"Look at the promises in the Declaration of Independence, and they are so profound. We are all created equal. We have inalienable rights. They don't come from government. They belong to each of us. And government derives its just power from the consent of the governed." - Fox News Sunday
All of the above is what we teach.
Even Justice Gorsuch has never referred to the word "citizen".
A "citizen" is a legal term.
Justice Gorsuch always refers to "the people".
The people have rights under what is LAWFUL.
LAWFUL and LEGAL are not the same thing.
Unfortunately, the FBI created a negative connotation around people who stand up for their rights by calling them sovereign "citizens".
Also unfortunately, the meaning of the word "citizen" has been corrupted as well.
It depends on what dictionary and what definition you use!
In the Webster's dictionary it says this:
a native or naturalized person who owes allegiance to a government and is entitled to protection from it
a member of a state
an inhabitant of a city or town especially : one entitled to the rights and privileges of a freeman
a civilian as distinguished from a specialized servant of the state
I don't subscribe to any of those.
I would never refer to myself as a citizen, person, or resident as all three put me under the juris-diction of the state/STATE. None of those are words of a sovereign.
My rights come from the God of Heaven.
My allegiance is to him.
Within two days, my X promotions all returned, but I still can't switch to a professional account.
Every one of my promoted posts contains text backing up what I say from the founding documents or Supreme Court rulings.
I'm working to get back my professional status on X.
I'll update when that happens.
Since Elon is now pro-Trump and seems to understand Trump Derangement Syndrome, I'm sure my account is just being overlooked and I'll get someone to flip it back.
