DJT + JD + RFK + SCOTUS = MAGA
Is this the Alphabet Soup recipe of restoring the United States Of America Republic?
Can this dream team dismantle the administrative state?
DJT brought on the SCOTUS dream team & quarterbacking the team.
JD is playing the media like a fiddle.
RFK calling out that our own government is poisoning us.
SCOTUS is restoring our rights and bringing back the Republic.
The Supreme Court Finally Tells the Alphabet Agencies That They Are Not Legislators.
Loper Bright expands the judiciary’s power to review and reject interpretations of statutes adopted by federal administrative agencies. The significance of the decision is unknown to the average person.
All of the agencies below are created by statutes and the average person thinks these agencies employ LAWS that they are obligated to OBEY.
Chevron deference applied only to agency interpretations of ambiguous "law"—specifically, to agency interpretations of congressional statutes that are “‘silent or ambiguous with respect to the specific issue’ at hand.”
In Article Three courts, ambiguity always falls to the defendant.
In Article One ADMINISTRATIVE courts, which most are, the ambiguity is coloable by the administrative judge and/or magistrate, and the state will always protect their own.
You have no rights in ADMINISTRATIVE courts.

In overturning Chevron, the Supreme Court has authorized federal courts to draw their own conclusions about the correct legal interpretation of otherwise ambiguous federal statutes.
Judge Gorsuch issued a scathing Supreme Court ruing in the SEC v Jarkesy, that the British attempted to evade American cries by siphoning adjudication to juryless admiralty, vice admiralty, and chancery courts.
If statutes were laws, they would be called laws.
They're called statutes for a reason.
The Supreme Court in Jarkesy reaffirmed that actions involving private rights, such as common-law fraud, must be heard by an Article III court: "Congress cannot 'conjure away the Seventh Amendment by mandating that traditional legal claims be... taken to an administrative tribunal." SEC v. Jarkesy, 603 U.S. (2024)
No administrative courts provide or even CAN provide a common law jury.
Is this dream team about to dismantle every one of these agencies that violates the rights of the people every single day?
I think so!
