Why do you obey a MUNICIPALITY and ask them for permission to improve YOUR home?
Let's dish.
The only reason the municipality perceives it has the authority to make you PAY FOR A PERMIT to improve your own home, is because.....
YOU RECORDED IT WITH THE COUNTY RECORDER.
You have no obligation to ever do that.
Here's where the fockery comes in.
The County Recorder is a Constitutionally elected office, but...
It's also a private for profit corporation who makes up their own "rules".
When you remove your home from this PUBLIC listing,
you also remove your CONSENT TO BE RULED BY THEIR AUTHORITY.
Sounds like freedom huh???
It is.
This is what we mean when we say we teach you how to live IN THE PRIVATE vs IN THE PUBLIC.
All your property should be IN THE PRIVATE.
When you record and register your "stuff", lol, you essentially donated the ownership of it to the state/county...
And in return, they give you USARY of it, and TAX IT!
And you unknowingly consented to it!
So via the Declaration of Independence, they are holding up their end...."consent of the governed".
However it's done under the guise of fraud, as they never gave you full disclosure that:
1. You entered a contract with them via the registration.
2. You waived your right to private ownership.
Was that what you intended?
Probably not...
If you were ever told the truth, you would never participate in these acts.
If you have a loan on your car, you have to wait until it's paid off to move it into the private.
We recommend you pay cash and never register your automobile, motorcycle, RV, jet ski, etc.
If you have a mortgage on your home, you can extinguish the loan as it's fraud as well, and then convey your land and property INTO THE PRIVATE.
